Project Management

We ensure effective management of the entire project from start-up to close-out. The Project manager is responsible for the supervision and management of all sites in the country. The Project manager of SMO-Pharmina ensures:

  • Speedy contract negotiation,
  • Budget planning,
  • Preparation of regulatory documentation
  • Site activation planning,
  • Training of study staff according to GCP standards and trial specific procedures.
  • Regular internal monitoring and internal audit
  • Preparation for close-out

During the study, regular internal monitoring ensures data accuracy and minimizes any type of deviation, making it easier for the study team and sponsor to work together.
